Lab testing, when ordered, is billed separately by the lab directly to you — it isn't included in the visit price.

Direct-pay only
No insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or CHIP billing. You pay the visit price directly.
HSA / FSA accepted
Visits are eligible medical expenses — pay with your HSA or FSA card at checkout.
Superbill on request
Want to seek reimbursement from your insurer yourself? Ask for an itemized superbill after your visit.
