Our telehealth services are currently available only to patients located in the State of Maryland at the time of the consultation. By using our Services, you confirm that you and your child are physically located in Maryland during the telehealth visit.
If you are seeking care for a minor child, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and have the authority to consent to medical treatment on their behalf. You agree to be present during all telehealth consultations for minors.
Our Services are designed for patients from birth through age 21. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services on behalf of a minor.

KidsDoc Telehealth operates on a direct-pay model and does not bill insurance directly. Upon request, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. We make no guarantees regarding insurance reimbursement.

Not Emergency Care: Our Services are not intended for emergencies. Symptoms that require emergency care include but are not limited to: difficulty breathing, severe allergic reactions, loss of consciousness, severe bleeding, suspected poisoning, or any life-threatening condition.
The medical information and advice provided through our Services is based on the information you provide and our clinical judgment during the telehealth consultation. While we strive to provide accurate and helpful guidance, medicine is not an exact science, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
